Thank you for choosing Venue 1230 for your outside event!
At checkout, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement and pay an initial deposit. But first, we’ll need you to provide some basic information.

Offsite Bar Services

While we offer many optional service add-ons, every event reservation requires a $1,000 initial deposit toward the following essential services:

  • There will also be a 20% service and travel fee along with the 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax on total bill.
