Thank you for choosing Venue 1230 for your outside event!
At checkout, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement and pay an initial deposit. But first, we’ll need you to provide some basic information.

Offsite Catering Services

While we offer many optional service add-ons, every event reservation requires a $5,000 minimum with a $2,000 deposit toward the following offsite catering services. *See Below

Offsite Catering Deposit & Payment Information

A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your event date with us. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your scheduled event.

For your convenience, you are welcome to make payments toward your remaining balance at any time leading up to the final payment deadline.

Additional Fees & Taxes

The following charges apply to every bill:

  • Service & Travel Fee: 20%
  • Gratuity: 20%
  • Sales Tax: 6%

Dinnerware Rental Options

We offer two convenient dinnerware options for your event:

Real Dinnerware Rental — $5 per person

Includes:

  • Plates
  • Silverware
  • Goblets
  • Water carafes
  • Your choice of black or white linen napkins

Disposable Dinnerware — $2 per person

Includes:

  • Plastic plates
  • Plastic silverware
  • Plastic cups
  • Glass water carafes

Important Payment Information

Please note: Your event date is secured upon receipt of the $2,000 deposit. You may make payments toward your balance at your convenience; however, the remaining balance must be paid in full 1 month prior to your event. All applicable service, travel, gratuity, and sales tax charges will be included in your final bill.
