Venue Rental Agreement

Next, we'll need you to review and sign our rental agreement.

Venue Rental Agreement(Required)
This Venue Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Venue 1230 ("Venue") located at 1230 N. Michigan Ave. Hastings, MI 49058, Phone: 616-291-7488 ("Venue Provider"), and you, the client, ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."


1. Rental Period:


The rental period begins at 8:00 AM on the day of the event and concludes at Midnight, on the same day.


2. Payment:


Client agrees to pay the Venue Provider a total rental fee of $3,500 due by 1 month prior to event. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required upon signing this Agreement to secure the event date.

6 months prior to the event 50% of the total estimated will be due. The pricing will be based on services requested and the estimated number of guests.


3. Damages:


Client acknowledges that they are responsible for any damages to the Venue's property incurred during the rental period and agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any such damages.


4. Outside Alcohol:


Client agrees that no outside alcohol will be brought into the Venue. An additional fee of $500 will be charged to the Client if this term is violated.


5. Cancellation Policy:


Should the Client need to cancel the event, the Client must provide written notice to the Venue. All payments made will not be refunded. If the cancelation happens within 6 months of the event payment in full will be due for all requested services.


6. Indemnification:


Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue Provider harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from the Client's use of the Venue or breach of this Agreement.


7. Governing Law:


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.


8. Entire Agreement:


This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
